To submit an article please email your regional CITiZAN Community Archaeologist with your text and up to five images.
- Assemblages of abandoned ships, boats and barges lie all around our coastline and provide an incredible resource from which we can better understand our maritime past. One such assemblage is located at Forton Lake in Portsmouth Harbour and includes the remains of over 30 vessels including ferries, barges, lifeboats, fishing vessels and military craft.

- Although much of the world has been on pause due to the coronavirus, this is not the case on the coast: erosion never stops.
- Ramsgate Harbour played an important role in Operation Dynamo both as an assembly point for Dunkirk Little Ships & a disembarkation point for 80,000 troops. Two of these vessels are moored there today & many others return for Dunkirk anniversary celebrations.
