- CITiZAN has won a 2018 Charity Award for Arts, Culture and Heritage, recognising our network's innovation and dedication to record our fragile coastal and intertidal heritage.
- In recent years the beaches of Lincolnshire have seen lots of objects of archaeological interest washed up on to them. The section of coast between Mablethorpe and Sandilands is regularly patrolled by two of Citizan's most enthusiastic volunteers.
