CITiZAN archaeologists are holding events all around England. Come see when we'll next be in your area and join us!
- As part of the Council for British Archaeology’s Festival of Archaeology CITiZAN will have a stand in Promenade Park, Maldon. You can come and chat to us or take part in our free archaeological survey taster sessions and walks and talks.
- Come and enjoy the weekend long festival where we'll be joined by Bournemouth University, the Nautical Archaeology Society, the Maritime Archaeology Trust and Dorset CC. - CITiZAN will demonstrate the value of SUAs in rapidly surveying complex sites in hazardous environments.
- Come and learn how to archaeologically record a building and help CITiZAN North make a record of the fantastic 9th Century St Patrick's Chapel and the surrounding burial ground at Heysham Head.
- Come join us for a guided walk of the area surrounding St Patricks Chapel and find out the fascinating history of Heysham Headland.
