Description

Old (later Queen's) Dock built 1774-8, then the second largest dock in Britain, covering 9.75 acres, costing #83,000 to build. Designed by Henry Berry and Luke Holt. Filled in 1930 and replaced by Queen's Gardens. Opened onto the Hull River
