Tolls Porth, St Marys, Isles of Scilly

We will spend a morning in the classroom giving you an bit of an introduction to archaeology and the survey techniques that we use. We will then spend the remainder of 25th and all of the 26th out on site creating a baseline survey of the eroding remains at Tolls Porth, a mulit-period archaeological site which is on the Heritage At Risk Register.

At the end of the two days you will have gained a good understanding of archaeological survey techniques, contributed to the baseline survey plan of a Heritage At Risk site.
