Cleethorpes

Join us for an archaeological training event at Cleethorpes beach. A combination of archaeological drawing, recording and plotting will be taught to help plan the submerged forest and possible timber structures located in the intertidal zone.

Meet at the slipway down to beach at the far end of the North Promenade. Plenty of parking is available but it is pay and display only. Public convince are found on the promenade but please be aware that they are a bit of a walk. Bring suitable clothing, the site can be slippery, muddy and wet so wellies are advised. This training is suitable for people of a fit and agile nature.
