Description

A survey of Rat Island revealed that the remains of the east wall of Fort James were visible in this location. Constructed of stone and mortar the wall is protruding east from the island and is being rapidly degraded by the sea and vegetation growth. The site is part of Fort James - see MONUID 39191.
