Come join CITiZAN and Headland to Headspace over in Morecambe Bay for a workshop in how to rapidly record at risk archaeology on the coast. Join us for a short talk and tutorial on the app, a leisurely walk on the bay and an outdoor practical session.

We will be meeting at the Dock Musuem in Barrow-in-Furness for a quick session including some health and safety before heading over to Roa Island to record some overlooked archaeology there. The session will take about two hours, tea and coffee will be provided. Please come suitably dressed for the weather and with sensible and sturdy footwear. It would help if those attending could download the CITiZAN app on any device they plan on brining. It is free and can be downloaded from the Google play store or Apple store. Please register prior to attending , please ensure you fill out the entirity of the form, this includes the part of the form which can onle be accessed via the activation email received. If you do not receive an activation email, please check your junk mail, or email citizan@mola.org.uk. If you do not have a smart device, some will be provided on the day of the walk.
